Cancellation Policy

At Tyti Go Delivery, we value transparency and fairness for both customers and vendors. This policy outlines how and when cancellations can be made.
Customers may cancel an order before it is confirmed by our support team.
After placing an order, our team will call the customer to confirm.
If the customer wants to cancel, they must do so before confirmation.
Once confirmed, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order before confirmation, customers must:
Wait for the confirmation call and notify the support agent during the call
OR
Call our customer service center directly at: [8... under process]
Cancellations through the app are not available after confirmation.
Customers can cancel before confirmation.
Tyti Go Delivery may cancel if the customer is unreachable or if there’s an issue with the order.
If a vendor is unable to fulfill an order, they may also notify us to cancel.
There are no cancellation fees if the order is canceled before confirmation.
However, once confirmed, cancellation is no longer accepted.
This policy applies to all services: Pharmacy, Grocery, Food, Parcel, and E-commerce.
Once an order is confirmed, vendors begin processing immediately.
