Welcome to Tyti Go Delivery. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tyti Go Delivery mobile application and services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Company Information

Tyti Go Delivery is a registered business operating in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. For legal inquiries, contact us at: apps@ducoodigital.com


2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who can enter legally binding contracts under applicable law. While we do not specify a strict age requirement, users are expected to act responsibly and follow all local regulations. Vendors and delivery partners must meet local licensing and eligibility requirements.


3. Services Covered

Tyti Go Delivery offers delivery solutions in the following categories:

  • Pharmacy

  • Grocery

  • Food

  • Parcel

  • E-commerce

We connect customers with local vendors and delivery partners through our mobile apps.


4. User Roles

These Terms apply to all users of the Tyti Go Delivery platform:

  • Customers placing orders

  • Vendors selling goods

  • Delivery Partners fulfilling deliveries

All users agree to provide accurate information and comply with platform rules and local laws.


5. Orders and Deliveries

  • Orders must be placed through the official Tyti Go Delivery app.

  • Customers must be available to receive deliveries at the address provided.

  • Vendors must prepare accurate, timely orders.

  • Delivery partners are responsible for ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of goods.


6. Payments

We currently support:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Offline Payments (e.g., bank transfer or in-person payments)

Digital payments may be introduced in the future.


7. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on the Tyti Go Delivery platform:

  • High-value items such as jewelry, cash, or precious materials

  • Any form of illegal products

  • Drugs of any kind, including alcohol, controlled substances, or narcotics

  • Explosives, weapons, or any hazardous materials

Any violation may result in permanent suspension and legal action.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for detailed terms on order cancellations, disputes, and compensation.


9. Account Management

  • Users can request account deletion at any time by contacting apps@ducoodigital.com.

  • Once deleted, the account and associated data will be removed as per our Privacy Policy.

  • Tyti Go Delivery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.


10. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises:

  • Users must first contact our support at apps@ducoodigital.com for internal resolution.

  • For major disputes, the matter may be referred to local courts in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.


11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

  • Post false, misleading, or harmful information

  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate others

  • Interfere with the app’s operation or security

Violation may lead to suspension, legal action, or permanent removal.


12. Intellectual Property

All app content including branding, visuals, features, and text belongs to Tyti Go Delivery or its licensors. No content may be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.


13. Language Support

The Tyti Go Delivery platform supports multiple languages for ease of use, including:
English, Arabic, Amharic, Somali, and Oromo.
In case of conflicting translations, the English version of these Terms will apply.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
